Our focus is on world class wines and rhino conservation, allowing you to sip while enjoying the majestic beauty of the 2nd largest land animal on Earth. Our 55 acre ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas is close to everything, but you will be entering into a whole new world when you arrive.

We have a special area where you will be able to get up close and personal with a rhino. The rhino keeper will escort you through our facility and guide you through the experience where you will learn more about this rhino and get to give the rhino some loving scratches. This is an amazing experience that will be remembered for a lifetime. All revenue from experiences supports further rhino conservation at the winery and worldwide.

The Farm & Family
Our family settled in the Hill Country over 150 years ago. We are proud to continue the ranching and farming tradition, albeit by raising rhinos instead of cattle and wine grapes instead of hay.
