MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
By signing up for the Rhinory Wine Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions, and you expressly consent to be subscribed to marketing communications from Rhinory.
1. Age Verification
- I am at least 21 years old and agree to ensure an adult (21+) signs for all deliveries.
2. Shipping Policy
- Rhinory is not responsible for wine shipments not accepted by the recipient due to incorrect address information, recipient unavailability, or refusal of delivery.
- I am responsible for ensuring the accuracy of my shipping address and making arrangements to receive my wine shipments.
- If a shipment is returned to Rhinory due to non-acceptance, I will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to re-send the package.
- Rhinory is not responsible for wine spoilage due to unaccepted shipments or delays caused by the member.
Please note: UPS has recently updated their delivery policy for alcohol shipments. They will now make only one delivery attempt. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be redirected the same day to a nearby UPS Access Point for pickup, rather than making additional delivery attempts.

- Ship to a business address where someone is available during the day to sign for the package.
- Set your shipping address to a local UPS Store, where they will hold your package for up to 5 business days.
3. Billing & Payment
I authorize Rhinory to charge my credit card in advance of each shipment.
I understand that wine club purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
I understand that I may not receive advance notification before my payment is processed.
4. Membership Changes & Cancellation
I agree to notify Rhinory via email at wineclub@rhinory.com at least 10 days in advance of club processing dates with any changes or cancellation requests.
I agree that if I select pick-up at the winery and do not pick up within 30 days from the processing date, my wine will be automatically shipped.
Membership requires a minimum commitment of four (4) shipments at the selected club level or a higher club level.
I agree to pay the $100 early cancellation fee if I cancel my membership before receiving the fourth (4th) shipment.
5. Agreement Modification
Rhinory reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Members will be notified of any material changes to the Agreement.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
By joining the Rhinory Wine Club, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Farm & Family
Our family settled in the Hill Country for over 150 years ago. We are proud to continue the ranching and farming tradition, albeit in raising rhinos instead of cattle and wine grapes instead of hay.
