In this pivotal role, you will manage the day-to-day flow of our tasting room, lead our concierge and host staff, and ensure every visitor feels welcomed, informed, and delighted from the moment they arrive. This is a hands-on position for a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating lasting memories.
Key Responsibilities (Highlights):
- Lead our host stand to deliver a warm and professional first impression.
- Orchestrate the guest journey by managing reservations, seating, and the overall flow of the tasting room.

Rhinory is seeking a hands-on and experienced Facilities Lead to be the cornerstone of our property’s upkeep and operational excellence. This pivotal role involves leading our dedicated facilities team, overseeing the comprehensive maintenance of our winery and rhino facilities, grounds, and equipment. You’ll ensure a safe, beautiful, and functional environment for guests, staff, and our rhinos, directly impacting the unique Rhinory experience.
Key Responsibilities (Highlights):
- Lead and manage our facility initiatives, overseeing daily maintenance and tasks.
- Oversee all aspects of property upkeep, including landscaping, cleaning protocols, road maintenance, and all painting needs for buildings and doors.
- Strategically manage and organize main storage areas and containers.
- Coordinate inventory transfers efficiently.
- Ensure the safety and optimal functionality of all winery and rhino facilities.
- Support various special projects and events across the property.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in facilities management.
- Hands-on expertise in general maintenance, landscaping, custodial work, and painting.
- Experience with large-scale storage management.
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
