Our Members Make An Impact
Your commitment to the Rhinory Wine Club goes beyond the glass—it is the driving force behind global rhino conservation. Every membership fuels anti-poaching efforts, supports rhino orphan care, and helps us build a lasting legacy.
Meet Hercules,Our Sponsored White Rhino
Your Rhinory Wine Club membership just made a massive difference! Thanks to your incredible generosity, we’ve officially adopted Hercules, a resilient white rhino calf living at the Care for Wild Rhino Sanctuary in South Africa.
This isn’t just a feel-good gesture; it’s vital support at a critical moment. The global white rhino population is facing a serious threat, currently estimated at only 15,752, an 11% decline recently. Your contribution is a direct, powerful strike against this crisis, ensuring this precious animal has a future.
Care for Wild has been a dedicated sanctuary of hope for over a decade. Their track record speaks for itself: 130 rescues, 53 releases back into the wild, and 27 births. Hercules is now part of this life-changing mission, and so are you.
By supporting Hercules through your membership, you’ve declared that extinction is not an option. You are literally supporting his care, his protection, and his journey. Because of you, the next generation may still hear the thunder of rhino feet across African soil.
Liora: Our Sponsored Black Rhino Calf Has a Name!
We did it! Thanks to the ongoing support of Rhinory Wine Club members, we have secured the exclusive privilege of naming and caring for the Critically Endangered Eastern black rhino calf of Lola at the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. This is a powerful, five-year commitment to her protection and a legacy that will be recorded in history forever.
After reviewing over a hundred wonderful suggestions, we have formally named the female calf Liora, a beautiful name that means “My Light!” This name is now permanently certified in the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) black rhino database—your impact, permanently written in history!
MEET LIORA
Born on the 29th of January, 2025 , Liora is nine months old. She is the first surviving offspring of her mother, Lola. The Ol Pejeta rangers describe the young female as gentle, friendly, and full of energy.
After the loss of her previous calves, Lola seems to have found deep comfort and renewed purpose in caring for this little one. Liora rarely strays far from her mother’s side as she explores the open plains.

The Farm & Family
Our family settled in the Hill Country for over 150 years ago. We are proud to continue the ranching and farming tradition, albeit in raising rhinos instead of cattle and wine grapes instead of hay.
