Ingredients 

• 5 oz 2024 South Africa Sauvignon Blanc  

• 1 oz sparkling water  

• 3–4 thin cucumber slices  

• Fresh mint sprig  

• Lime wheel, for garnish  

Directions 

• Fill a wine glass with ice.  

• Add the cucumber slices and gently press them once or twice against the side of the glass to release their flavor.  

• Pour in the Sauvignon Blanc and sparkling water.  

• Stir gently to combine.  

• Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lime wheel.

• Splash of sparkling lemonade  

• 2–3 fresh strawberries, sliced  

• Handful of fresh blueberries  

• Fresh mint sprig  

Directions 

• Fill a wine glass with ice.  

• Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries.  

• Pour in the South Africa Rosé.  

• Top with a splash of sparkling lemonade and stir gently to combine.  

• Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a few additional berries, if desired.

Directions:  

• Fill a wine glass with ice.  

• Add the blackberry syrup and fresh lemon juice.  

• Pour in the Texas Mourvèdre Blend and stir gently to combine.  

• Top with sparkling water for a refreshing lift.
